Program Monitoring Evaluation Research and Learning (MErL) Consultant
Lilian joins AgriFin as the Program Monitoring Evaluation Research and Learning (MErL) Consultant with over five years working experience in banking operations and research. Prior to joining the AgrFin Team, Lilian had a brief stint in international energy policy as a research fellow at the International Energy Charter Secretariat in Brussels. She was also a research fellow at Kenya Bankers Association’s Centre for Research on Financial Markets and Policy where she was involved in economic research and developed her interest in sustainable finance. She began her career in banking and finance at the Co-operative Bank of Kenya in treasury operations.
Lilian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Strathmore University and a Master’s degree in International Development from University of Glasgow’s Adam Smith Business School. She is also a Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI-EA) Fellow.
